  1. Robin Connell says:

Edna was my mother’s best friend growing up. It was amazing that their friendship lasted their entire lives. When my mother (Margie Smith Connell) was sick due to cancer and her passing was eminent, the first person she wanted me to call on her behalf was her good friend Edna. Hopefully they will be reunited once again now. Thinking of Edna’s family with heartfelt sympathy.
