  13. evelyn says:

You were an amazing husband, father and friend to so many people during your life!!! We will all miss you so much but you will always be kept in our hearts. After being with you for 41 years I cannot imagine my life without you. It was so very hard to see you suffer so much and if I could have taken the pain away I would have. You certainly did not deserve to live the end of your life like that. The boys were wonderful and so supportive and I know how very much you loved them and how proud you were to be their Dad. Knowing you are no longer in pain gives me comfort but having you here with us would have been much more comforting. Rest in Peace my dear husband and you know I have always loved you.
