Phich Dul of Lowell
Phich Dul, 81, of Lowell, MA died Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was married to Yim Houy with whom he had celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary in August.
Born in Bottambang, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Dul Poc and Chheang Eam of Cambodia; he was one of seven children. He was educated in Cambodia and came to the United States in 1984, and became a U.S. citizen in 2012. He worked most of his life in the farming and fishing industry.
He was a member of Trairatanaram Temple of North Chelmsford, MA.
He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his sons Bunthoeun Dul of Providence, RI and Chandy Dul of Lowell and 4 daughters, Chanthy Dul and her husband, Luis Danh of Lowell, Chanda Lim and her husband, Soon Lim of Cranston, RI, Kolab Dul and her finance, Jack Moul of Nashua, NH, Ny Chan Dul and her husband, Sopha Nou of Lowell; 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Phich’s visiting hours will be Saturday from 2:30 to 3:30 P.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, MA 01863. Funeral Sunday at 8:00 A.M. at the Trairatanaram Temple in Chelmsford at 21 Quigley Ave, proceeding immediately after to the Merrimack Crematorium in Merrimack, NH.
