Walter J. Lisien Jr, 69, of Westford, MA. died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.

He was the husband of Tina (Kathryn) Hurley Lisien, with whom he would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on July 6th.

Born in Lowell, on January 18, 1947, he was the son of the late Walter and Christine Lisien. He was raised in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1964. While in high school, he was active in sports and was named Lt. Colonel as a Boy Officer.

Walter attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and was an active member of the Omicron Pi Fraternity.   He earned his Bachelor Degree in Plastics Engineering in 1968.  He began his career as a Plastic Engineer at Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan. I was very sorry to hear about Zeke & was planning to go to the wake but the weather forecast makes it sound potentially treacherous. We are babysitting 2 grandchildren Monday.
