Francis “Frank” P. Golden, Jr., 71, of Dracut, MA passed away Friday, December 16, 2022 at Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, MA surrounded by his loving family.
He was married to Michelle M. Golden with whom he would have celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary this spring.
Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of the late Francis P. Golden, Sr. and Mary Rita (Briere) Golden.
He graduated from Lowell High School, Lowell, MA, with the class of 1969.
He retired from Harris of Chelmsford in 2014 and previously worked at Off Set Printing of Lowell and Sanders of Nashua, NH.
Frank served in the US Army.
He was an avid golfer and was a member of Green Meadow Golf Club of Hudson, NH.
He was a big fan of all Boston sports teams and enjoyed attending games.
He also enjoyed wintering in Davenport, FL and enjoyed summer vacations in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Tricia and Thomas Everly, Jr. of Dracut, MA and Jennifer and William Cormier of Dracut, MA, grandchildren Thomas Everly, Zachary Everly, Liam Everly and Joslyn Cormier, sister, Pamela and Timothy Courounis of New Durham, NH, brother, Michael and Tammie Golden of Hudson, NH, sister-in-law, Brenda Golden of Merrimac, MA, sister in law Elaine and Eddie Bonenfant, of Haverhill MA, brother in law Kenneth Soucy of Lowell, MA, and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his lifelong childhood friend, Michael and Lorraine Laflamme of Kissimmee, FL, and many other friends.
He was predeceased by his brother Daniel Golden and sister-in-law Doris and Paul Allen.
