Patricia Cole, 85, a lifelong resident of Lowell, MA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Lowell General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremiah “Jerry” Cole, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage with until his passing in May of 2010.
Born in Presque Isle, ME, Patricia was the daughter of the late Oscar Henery Therriault and Phyllis (Michaud) Therriault. She graduated from Lowell High School in the Class of 1957. Throughout her life, Patricia embraced a love for dancing, often taking to the floor with her husband, Jerry, to enjoy the music and each other’s company. Together, they shared a passion for travel, going on cruises and family trips, with Hampton Beach being one of their favorite destinations.
Above all, Patricia found her greatest happiness in the presence of her family. Whether hosting gatherings, enjoying time with her children, or delighting in the laughter of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her heart was most full when surrounded by those she loved.
She is survived by her three sons: Jay and his wife MaryBeth (Clancy) Cole of Tyngsboro, Rick and his wife Lisa (Flynn) Cole of Lancaster, MA and Gary and his wife Eileen (Locke) Cole of Billerica. She also leaves behind her cherished eleven grandchildren: Ryan, Jennifer, Thomas, Joshua, Andrew, Robert, Derek, Brian, Adam, Jake, and Ethan, and her ten beloved great-grandchildren: Allison, Emma, Cullen, Oliver, Declan, Lukas, Evelyn, Madison, Mary, and Lily.

Rick and Lisa, she was a part of our lives for over forty years. She was always so kind. I am sorry for your loss, I know the last few years were very difficult, but your family stood up for her, there is a lot to be said of for that. She had a special smile I will always treasure, and she is with Jerry again! GODSPEED to your family.
