Uncle Joe was special, he had more depth than the average person in today’s society. He was intelligent, passionate and could make a good argument for some controversial issues. He was pro life, and I admired him for his stance.
He had a passion for food, and was a great cook, he put his heart into it. I’ll always remember the triple decker sanwiches he made us when we were kids, at the Marlboro Market. It meant a lot to me at the time, and honestly I haven’t had many that tasted as good over the years.
To Elenor, Katie, Stacy and family, I’m so sorry for your loss.
