5526 LacombeDeborah M. (Finn) Lacombe, 71, of Groton, MA died Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Westford House.

She was married to Robert “Bob” Lacombe with whom she would have celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary on August 12, 2015.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Norma F. Finn. She graduated from Westford Academy with the class of 1961.

She was a communicant of St. Catherine of Alexandria Church.

Deborah was a resident of Groton for over 50 years and a former resident of Westford.  She was a winter resident of Ft. Myers FL.

Deborah’s greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Robert and his wife, Kristin Lacombe of Groton and Dennis and his wife, Lisa Lacombe of Groton; one daughter, Kerri and her husband, Jason Hilberg of Groton; one son-in-law, Carl Slack of Westford; one brother-in-law, Marcel and his wife, Denise Lacombe of Westford; one sister-in-law, Denise Boisvert of Groton; 13 grandchildren, Micaela, Cody, Stetson, Ariana, Garret, Kyle, Aleigha, Blake, Kylie, Logan, Amanda, Curtis and Cassidy and many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Brenda Slack, who died in December of 1999 and the sister of the late Edward Finn II, who died in August of 2006.

Visiting hours Wed. 3 to 7 P.M. Funeral Thurs. at 10A.M. from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral service at 11A.M. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church,  Westford. Burial in St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Westford. Memorials may be made in her name to the Nashoba Nursing and Hospice, 2 Shaker Rd., Suite D 225, Shirley, MA 01464.
