A. Patricia (Gibson) Floyd RN, 89, of Nashua, NH died Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH after a short illness surrounded by her family.

She was married to the late William J. Floyd Jr., who died on November 19, 2012.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret Gibson. She graduated from Lowell High School with the class of 1950 and from Lowell General Nursing School with the Class of 1953.

Ann worked at various hospitals throughout New England.  She retired from nursing in 1994.

She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church of Nashua, NH.

Ann was a former resident of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Yarmouth Port, MA.

She was an avid reader, and a Red Sox fan.  Her and husband travelled the World with life-long friends.  She loved playing cards and hosting family gatherings.

She is survived by a brother, Arthur and his wife, Florence Gibson of Rotonda West, FL; a sister, Janet Considine of Dracut, MA; a daughter-in-law, Wendy M. Floyd of Nashua, NH; a grandson, Ryan Floyd of Orono, ME and many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late William Floyd III, who died in May 12, 2013.

FLOYD, Ann P. (Gibson) Floyd RN of Nashua, NH died Oct. 30, 2021. At her request there are no visiting hours. A Funeral Service will be held Wed., Nov. 3, 2021 at 1pm at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, MA.  Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury, MA.
