Alani Stella Jacobs, aged 4 months, passed away at Boston Children’s Hospital on February 18, 2024, following an extended health struggle. Alani is survived by her grieving parents Brian Jacobs and Donna Chanthavysouk, both of Tyngsborough, MA.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and offer condolences at the Dolan Funeral Home in Chelmsford, MA on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 4 pm to 8 pm, during a service held in memory of Alani. If you wish to send any floral tributes, white roses and lilies are recommended.
