Alice J. Green of North Chelmsford

Alice J. Green, 85, of North Chelmsford died Sunday morning, September 7, 2015 at Westford House in Westford, MA.

Born in Chelmsford, MA on October 5, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Arvilla Green. A life long resident of Chelmsford, she graduated from Chelmsford High School with the Class of 1947.

Alice managed the Hardware Store in North Chelmsford for many years. Later she worked at Pollard’s Dept Store in Lowell as a Buyer and retired from Jordan Marsh in 1994.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Carole and her husband, Robert Dearborn of Sanford, ME, Charles and his wife, Polly Kelley of Greenville, NH and Colin and his wife, Vanessa Kelley of Chelmsford, MA; grandnephews, Mickey and Jay Dearborn of N. Chelmsford, MA and Scott and Paul Kelley of NH and a grandniece, Emma Kelley.

She was the sister of the late Harry Green.
