Barbara A (Comeau) Clark, 86, of Chelmsford, formerly of Woburn, passed away on Sunday evening, December 20, 2020.
She was the wife of the late Robert S. Clark who died November 11, 2019.
Born in Everett on May 1, 1934 where she was raised, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and the late Albina (LeBlanc) Comeau. Barbara was a graduate of Malden Girls Catholic High School with the Class of 1952.
Barbara and Bob were married on September 14, 1957. They lived in Reading, Massachusetts and Fairfax, Virginia before settling in Woburn in 1978. Prior to her retirement, Barbara was employed by Carpenter Paterson for over 30 years.
Barbara loved spending time with her family and friends, taking long walks, chatting with neighbors, trying new restaurants and regularly visiting old favorites. Her home was her pride and joy and a place where people could gather on holidays and special occasions.
Barbara is survived by two daughters and a son, Susan Kaempf of Hudson, NH, Kathleen Varney and her husband Scott of Westford, and Paul Clark of Revere. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Stephen and his wife Stefanie, Allison, David, Dominique, Curtis, Brett, and Erica; and one great granddaughter, Makayla. Barbara is survived by Donald Comeau and his wife Linda of Peabody, Robert Comeau and his wife Janice of Mashpee, and Diane Kimball and her husband Robert of Whitman.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, the late David Comeau and sisters, the late Gladys Townsend and Yvonne Anthony.

A private burial will take place at Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester, MA. Memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
