Chantan Keo of Lowell, MA

Chanthan Keo, 72, of Lowell, MA died Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Lowell General Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of Nhean Mix.

Born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia she was the daughter of the late Molk Keo and Mut Kong.

She pursued her education, attending college before making her way to the United States in 2006.  In 2011, she proudly became a U.S. citizen.

Keo was employed by City Home Care in Lowell.

She was a member of the Wat Khmer Samaki Temple in North Chelmsford.

In her leisure time, Chanthan found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was relaxing at the beach or watching television shows. However, her greatest source of happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren,

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son Vanira Keo and his wife Nancy Hem of Lowell, MA; her three grandchildren, Phillip Keo, Jefferson Keo, and Shawn Keo; her sister Daravuth Keo of Lowell, MA and sister-in-law Vanida “Srey” Hang of Lowell, MA; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Chanthan’s Visitation will be Monday, May 6, at 12NOON at Glory Temple, 24 Cambridge St., Lowell.  Funeral Tuesday, May 7, 2024 starting at 8AM at Glory Temple, followed by a procession to Merrimack Crematory, Merrimack, NH.  ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.
