5505-GoodineChristina “Tina” Goodine, 46, a resident of Dracut, for over 20 years. Christina passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 after a brave battle with cancer. She is the loving wife of Dennis Goodine and mother of her three beautiful children, Daniel, Bryanna, and Dennis.      Christina was born in Lowell, MA, on June 3, 1968, the daughter of the late Edmund and Virginia (McCann) Johnson. She graduated from Greater Lowell Vocational Technical High School in 1986. She worked at SRS Medical (Fasstech) for the past 11 years as a Quality Technician. Christina and Dennis fell in love and married one another on June 24, 1989. They recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Together, Christina and Dennis created their beautiful family. Christina’s passion and greatest achievement in life were her children. Daniel Michael was born in 1990, Bryanna Michaela in 1992, and finally Dennis Matthew in 1995. There was never a dull moment in the Goodine’s household. It is very common to hear Christina rooting on her children on the side lines of soccer games, hosting large get-togethers, vacationing up north at their beloved New Hampshire lake house.     Along with her husband & three beautiful children, Tina’s spirit is carried on with her 4 sisters Margo Maloney and husband, the late Vincent (Sr.) of Lowell, Mary Kauppila and husband Bruce of Londonderry NH, Virginia Amero and husband Carl of Hudson, NH, and Patricia Johnson of Lowell; two brothers Edmund Johnson and his wife Kathy of Methuen, and the late James Johnson. Many nieces and nephews too numerous to list but not forgotten.    Christina had a unique gift to recognize and appreciate others despite any of their differences and to make them feel loved and lifted by her presence. Her creative mind, brave and always up for a challenge personality, made her even more enjoyable to be around.  Her kind heart and persevering nature allowed her to become a valued mentor to her children, and friends from every walk of life.       Her generous heart filled her home with love, laughter, family and friends, including an attitude that her door was always open. She leaves her children with the knowledge that they were truly loved and that they added unconditional happiness to her life every day.

Visitation will be at Mon. 4-8P.M. Funeral Tues. at 10:30A.M. from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 11:30A.M. at St. Michael’s Church, Lowell. In lieu of flowers, the Goodine family wishes that all donations be made to TeamWalk for CancerCare in Christina’s name (team name “Good Times”) at teamwalk.org (please join in the walk and/or donate).
