Mr. Daniel G. Richardson of Spring Hill, FL died Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the Residence at Timber Pines, Springhill, FL.
He was married to the late Dorothy A. (Halpin) Richardson who died on November 2, 2007.
Born in Dracut, MA on November 19, 1929, the son of the late Percy and Christena (MacKinnon) Richardson. He attended Lowell Technological High School.
He served with the U.S. Navy Reserve during the Korean War.
He retired as an electrician machinist from Ingersol Rand of Nashua, NH. In his retirement, he was quite a handyman.
Daniel is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Donna and William Mayer, Judith and Kevin Carey, Joan Lamoureux, Dorothy and Rene Desmarais; a sister, Eleanor Silva; two sisters-in-law, Carol (Halpin) Decker and Ida Richardson; seven grandchildren, Shawn and his wife, Kelly Carey, Ryan Carey, Kristie (Desmarais) and her husband, Brian Humeston, Kimberly Desmarais, Audrey (Lamoureux) and her husband, Charles Hollinger Mark and his wife Chrissy Fadden, and Patricia Fahey; seven great-grandchildren, Brianna, Tyler, Mason, Madison, Ramona, Luke and Matthew as well as many nieces, nephews, and several close family friends.
He was the grandfather of the late Heather Mayer and the brother of the late John, Harold, Edward, Ralph and Pearl Richardson.
