My sincere condolences to the entire family. Flo was an amazing spirit, a gem to work with, and be around. We always had a way to make each other smile, no matter which one of us was struggling that day. I will miss her silly texts, her laugh, and hugs. She is at peace, and with her love. I’m sorry I could not make her services, I tried my best, and unfortunately NOTHING worked in my favor. And Flo knows my circumstances, and always gave me that support, and I gave her exercises 😁….and support too. She was a lovely person and friend.

I first met Flo at my first DBSA meeting 15 or so years ago – Fresh out of the partial in the throes of my depression – Flo was one of the very few people who made a difference in my recovery – she was the sweetest – I just remember feeling welcomed by her – and we were “regulars” every Thursday for years. great memories – most all including laughing some tears….
DBSA became my family – and Flo was the caring, loving big sister I needed when my big sisters just couldn’t be bothered. She was a big part of my survival of my very bad days, weeks and months. I’m healthy now because of love from complete strangers – we maybe tribal – but it’s based on love – a love that those who don’t survive depression never got.
Flo saved lives – 100s of lives with her DBSA passion that I saw every Thursday for almost a decade. One of a kind in the most adoring ways. Her laugh at awkward times – one of those ways. We all loved Flo. I am one of many who will never forget her.
God bless all those who knew her – we are happy that she is with her Jim – happy again….but.our hearts don’t get the memo – we will miss her terribly – a testament to the luck we had in crossing her path.
