Frederick Leo Corcoran, Jr. of Westford, MA

Frederick Leo Corcoran, Jr., 84, of Westford, MA died Sunday, February 28, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was married to Janice (Anderson) Corcoran with whom he would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on August 17, 1974. Born in Waltham, MA, he was the son of the late Frederick L. Corcoran and Rose (Timmons) Corcoran. He graduated from Waltham High School with the class of 1955. He proudly served with the U.S. Navy during the Cold War. He retired from Hallmark Adjustments, Inc. of Burlington as an Automotive Insurance Adjuster. He was a former member of Jaycees of Westford and past Commander of American Legion in Westford. Frederick summered on W. Island, Fairhaven, MA.
He enjoyed boating, wintering in Mattacha, FL, and was an avid New England
Patriots fan. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughters Maura and Kenneth Price of Townsend, MA and Dawn MacDonald of Lowell, MA, his sons Frederick and Lynete Corcoran of Melburne Beach, FL, Richard and Danielle Verzone of Scituate, MA, Jeffrey and Sally Verzone of Lowell, MA and Craig and Christina Verzone of Vevey, Switzerland, his sister Maryann Derba of Lake Suzy, FL, 10 grandchildren Christopher Verzone, Jacqueline Verzone, Ivo Verzone, Hugo Verzone, Sylvan Verzone, Derek Corcoran, Connor O’Brien, Shain Price, Shannon MacDonald and Kerron MacDonald, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was the father of the late Brian A. Corcoran.
