Gilberte “Jill” E. Mullin, of Lowell, MA

Gilberte “Jill” E. (LeBel) Mullin, 88, of Lowell, MA died Monday, December 13, 2021 at home.

She was married to the late Peter Mullin who predeceased her on December 31, 1958.

Born in Lowell, MA she was the daughter of the late Wilfred LeBel and Anna (Harrison) LeBel of Quebec, Canada.

She graduated from St. Patrick’s High School, Lowell. She is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Accounting and earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Rivier College in Nashua, NH.

She retired from Lowell Housing Authority.

She volunteered for the SHINE Program of Massachusetts and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons Peter Mullin and wife Ann of N. Chelmsford, Kevin Mullin and wife Diane of Long Valley, NJ, daughter Donna Mullin of Dracut, MA, special niece Karen Ware and husband Barry, five grandchildren Thomas Aubut, Ryan Stanford, Peter Stanford, Emily Mullin, and Christopher Mullin, three great-grandchildren Saydee-Bell, Stellah-Raye, and Sebastian. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Lorraine Mullin and her brothers-in-law John Mullin, Andy Mullin, and Warren Parece, and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Emile LeBel, Robert LeBel, Theresa Sullivan, and Colette Bouchard. She was the sister-in-law to the late James Mullin, George Mullin, Lillian Wood, Trudy Parece, Edna Mullin, Frank Sullivan, Peter Bouchard, Jeanette LeBel, and Claire LeBel.
