Gretell Shaw of Roslindale, MA

Gretell Shaw, 85, of Roslindale, MA died Saturday, October 14, 2023, at her house with her son by her side.

Born in Manchester, Jamaica, she was the daughter of the late Victor Shaw and Lorretta (Bendloss) Shaw.

She graduated from Grovetown Primary all age School.

She was a member of Deliverance Center, Kingston, Jamaica and Church of God of Prophecy in Matttapan.

She worked in houskeeping at Mutual Life in Kingston, Jamaica for 24 years and worked for Workers Bank for many years.

Grettel moved to the US in 2006.

She is survived by her son, Milton and Jacqueline White of Roslindale, MA, sisters, Lena Shaw of New York and Linzel Shaw of England; brothers, Basil Shaw of Kingston, Jamaica, and Juan Shaw of England; his grandchildren, Kemar White, Kemone White, Keemo White, Timothy White, Milton White, Jr. and Denise Dunn, his great-children, Kimyra White, Aubrey White and Akeira White.

She was the sister of the late Emsley Walters and Livingston Shaw.
