Han Ros of Salem, MA

Han Ros, 75, of Salem, MA died peacefully Saturday, October 12, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was married to the late Choun Ros.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Gong Ros and Pheng Ros.

Han graduated from high school in Cambodia. She moved to the United States in May of 1985.

She was a member of Glory Buddhist Temple.

She enjoyed cleaning and eating, and she was very well known for her excellent cooking. She would look forward to going to Temple. People described her as having a kind and loving heart.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Han is survived by her sons Chem Choun, Kamsoth Choun, Rath Choun, Kimsan Choun Chrisna Choun, her daughters Samnang Choun and Joan Ros, her grandchildren Maliyanna Choun, Kaliyan Choun, Natalie Khan, Jayden Khan, Issabella Ros Souza, Austin Tatimbekov, Malik Choun, Sumedi Choun, Nick Choun, Katana Choun, and Layahna Bourdeau, her great-grandchildren Kayla Chou, Ayden Khun, Skylar Khun, Arya Chou, Glen Chou, and Dara Chou.

She was the grandmother of the late Laylanna Khan.

Visiting hours Friday, October 18, 2024 at 2PM at Glory Buddhist Temple, 24 Cambridge St., Lowell.
