Hripsime Donabedian a longtime resident of Lowell, MA

Hripsime Donabedian,  94, a longtime resident of Lowell, MA died Saturday August 1, 2020, at High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, MA.

She was married to the late Vartkes Donabedian.

Born in Aleppo, Syria she was the daughter of the late Megerditch and Antaram Donikian.

Hripsime came to the USA in August of 1983, and became a US citizen.

She was a member of the St. Vartanantz Armenian Church in Chelmsford.

Mrs. Donabedian enjoyed cooking, working around the house, reading the bible and Armenian newspapers, and watching TV. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Shahe Donabedian and his wife Momo of Spain, her daughter Arpy Vartanian and late husband Hrair of Chelmsford MA, her sons Hovig Donabedian and his wife Sosie of Westboro, MA, and Zohrab Donabedian and his wife Nazig of Westford; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Sarkis and Hovannes Donikian, and Janet Asseyan.
