When you think of Uncle Joe, I think of him always smiling, a kind and gentle soul, his love of hockey, and most of all his family. I remember spending time with him and Auntie Pat during the summers and him taking pictures of all of us cousins at family gatherings. Was always a treat to be around him. He will be forever loved and missed by all that knew him.

Joe was our oldest and dearest cousin. He was my brother Arthur’s best man at his wedding. I’ll never forget our time spent together with him and Penny at auntie Mae’s cottage in N.H. I was barely a teenager and looked up to them as a special couple. With all my love cousin Paul.

One of the nicest men I have had the pleasure of knowing. Without all his knowledge and wisdom, I would not have been able to learn the ropes of running Southern NH Scoundrels. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this very difficult time. xoxo RIP Joe

I worked evenings with Joe at Vicor for many years. One of the best people I have ever met. Not many like him, a truly great person. His family meant the most to him, especially his wife and son. He’ll be missed by many.
Condolences to the family and friends.
RIP Joe. See you on the other side.
