Lim Im of Lowell, MA

Lim Im, 88, of Lowell, MA died Friday, November 26, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.

She was married to the late Suon Say, who died in 1975.

Born in Kandal, Cambodia she was the daughter of the late Tha Im and Yey Em.  She came to the United States from Cambodia in May of 1982 and later became a U.S. Citizen.

Lim was a member of Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram of Chelmsford, MA.

One of her favorite things to do was watching television. She enjoyed game shows, especially the Wheel of Fortune and the Price is Right. She also enjoyed Thai drama movies. Above all else she enjoyed feeding and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son and his wife Vansai Say and Srey Man of Bradford, Ontario Canada, her daughters Sophon Suon of Lowell, MA, Vanna Saiy of Lowell, MA, Vanneth Chea and her husband Sean of Lowell, MA, Vanny Saiy of Lowell, MA, her eighteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and her several nieces and nephews.

Im, Lim of Lowell, MA died November 26, 2021. Visitation on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 starting at 2:00 P.M. at the Dolan Funeral Home and continuing at 3:00 P.M. at Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram.
