With overly heavy hearts, the family of Lorraine Claire (Gelinas) Bouchard regrets to announce her unexpected passing on February 12, 2022 after losing her ongoing battle with cancer.
A loving wife and mother, she is survived by her husband Norman of Westford, MA, three sons and daughter-in-law’s Donald and Lisa Bouchard of Derry, NH, Mark and Amanda Bouchard of Spring Hill, FL, Eric Bouchard of Chelmsford, MA, and Mich Bouchard of Dracut, MA, as well as her sister and husband Elaine and Dennis Bone of Tewksbury, MA, and the many nephews, nieces, and grandchildren that fulfilled her life. Her beloved cat, Lily, will be sure to miss her warm embraces as well.
Lorraine was born in Lowell, MA on November 8, 1946 to parents Fernand and Claire (Cote) Gelinas, and was a proud life-long resident of Westford. She was an avid reader and casino enthusiast who enjoyed spending her time playing multiple computer and card-based games with family and her many friends. Anyone who knew her realized she was incredibly kind hearted, and always a source of positivity for all that crossed her path. Family and friends will truly miss her more than words can say.
Lorraine was predeceased by both her parents, as well as younger brother Donald.
