Lorraine J. (Marchildon) Jalbert, 85, of Chelmsford, died surrounded by her loving family at her home in N. Chelmsford on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
She was married to the late Joseph Jalbert who died in 2000.
Born in Chelmsford, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Laura Marchildon.
Lorraine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a proud lifelong resident of Chelmsford.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening and picking blueberries.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald Jalbert of Lowell, Roger Jalbert of Lowell and Joseph Jalbert and his wife Kristine of Lowell; daughters, Donna Tidd of Lowell, Mona and her husband, William Dodge of Orange, MA, Leeann Harper of N. Chelmsford, Cindy Jalbert of Lowell, Tammy Covell of Rutland, VT and Terri Allen of Lowell; sister, Gloria Brown of Chelmsford; twenty-five grandchildren; many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Robert Jalbert, Joanne Palladino and Maryann Jalbert.

So sorry for your lost . I remember every Sunday we would go to her house for our Sunday drive, I remember getting our ears pierced there in Lowell. Now she can be without pain R.I.P. Aunt Lorraine you will be missed.
