Lucille S. (Ciampa) DiMartino, 78, of Bedford, NH formerly of Chelmsford and Pepperell, MA died Monday February 29, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to Robert DiMartino with whom she celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on January 12, 2016.
Born in Boston, MA on December 15, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Alfonso and Lucy Ciampa. She was raised in Boston and graduated from East Boston High School with the Class of 1956.
Lucille worked as a purchaser for E.I. Dupont Corp of Billerica for many years before retiring in 2001. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially the grandchildren.
She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Seaton Parish in Bedford, NH.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Patricia “Patty” Leone and her husband, John of Hudson, NH and Barbara Bowen of Chelmsford, MA; two grandchildren, Sara Leone and Victoria Bowen; her sister, Henrietta McCue of Tewksbury, MA; three brothers in-law and two sisters in-law, Dominick DiMartino of Billerica, Joseph and Gloria DiMartino of Revere, MA, and Joanne and Joseph Saro of Malden, MA; and many nieces and nephews
She was predeceased by her brother, Enrico Ciampa of East Boston, MA.
Visiting hours Thurs. 3 to 7 P.M. Funeral Friday at 8 AM from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 9 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 115 Middlesex St. Chelmsford, MA. Burial in Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody, MA. Memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.

To the entire DiMartino family, I want to express my deepest sympathy at this very sad time. I have very fond memories of both our families at the Knights, in our pool or just sharing a meal together. Rest in Peace, Lucille and tell Judy Hello!
