Marlene (St. Jean) Mudge, 82, of Lowell, MA died Tuesday morning April 26, 2016, at the Willow Manor Nursing Home in Lowell after a long illness.
She was the wife of Robert Mudge with whom she celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on October 16, 2015.
Born in Lynn, MA on Oct. 18, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Goldie St. Jean. She was raised in Lynn and graduated from Lynn Classical High School. She attended School for Physical Therapy.
Marlene worked as a Library Technician. She was a registered Girl Scout Leader and member of the Eastern Star and Order of Rainbow Girls.
Marlene was a member of the Salvation Army.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters and their husbands, Robin and Paul Fortin of Windham, NH and Laurin and William Campopiano of Westford, MA; two sons, Steven and his wife, Janice Mudge of Bradford, ME and Darren and his wife, Joy Mudge of Springfield, MA; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
A Private burial was held at the Memorial Cemetery, Tyngsborough, MA. For those that wish contributions may be made to Salvation Army (Band Fund) 150 Appleton St. Lowell, MA 01850.
