Mary Frances (Trpik) Shipko of Chelmsford, MA

Mrs. Mary Frances (Trpik) Shipko of Chelmsford, MA died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at D’Youville Manor in Lowell.

She was married to the late Thomas Shipko who died August 10, 2020.

Born in Binghamton, NY on February 9, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Zavitkovska) Trpik.  She was a graduate of Binghamton High School with the class of 1949.

While living in Binghamton, Mary was a communicant of St. Cyril and Methodias where she was a member of the choir and was the only woman usherette for many years. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society in Binghamton as well.

Mary was a homemaker while living in Chelmsford.

She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of N. Chelmsford, MA and a member of the rosary group. Mary and her husband were ushers at St. Johns for many years. Mary was always very proud of her son who served with the United States Navy for seven years where he played guitar for the Navy bands and other groups.

She was the mother of the late David T. Shipko of Laconia, NH.
