      Lynn,

Thank you so much. I’m really glad you got to know her for many years. We weren’t “like” sisters, we were sisters. Like you, she was a real keeper.

      Love,

      Nancy

Still can’t even wrap my head around the fact that you have passed. It was just two weeks ago pops, my dad and I picked you and cass up to watch Derek win the Championship. Rides to the races in the van won’t be the same anymore without your beautiful smile. Rest easy. Love you ❤️❤️

Words can’t describe how sad I am. I have not seen Maryellen since she hemmed my prom gown 25 years ago, but I have often thought about her.

Melissa and I had become best friends when their family moved across the street from us in Lowell. Being Melissa’s best friend allowed me to spend time with Maryellen.

Maryellen truly inspired me at a very young age. She shared her love of reading and sewing with us, she would take us shopping for fabric at George’s textile and then we would watch her create beautiful costumes for our school plays. We would watch her cut glass and sand it smooth to make colorful stained glass windows. She taught me so much..

Some of the best memories as a kid were in her home, for me she was an inspiration. My favorite memory that always makes me smile was watching her work in her sunroom, while twirling around singing along to Stevie Nicks. I remember thinking…what a cool lady!

Heaven has gained a beautiful angel…

I just found this to post on. I knew you have recently lost her.

I know what it is to lose a sister. It’s not easy. My love to you both… May she rest in peace.
