Ouk Chhim, 78, a long-time resident of Lowell, MA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Prey Veng, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Chea Chhim and Ros Yam.
Mr. Chhim came to America in December of 1989 and worked as an electrician repairing electronics and home electrical systems. He enjoyed going to flea markets and making repairs around his home.
Mr. Chhim is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Oun Le of Lowell, four sons, Sam Oeun Le of Dracut, Ma, Chansamath Le of Lowell, Kimsan Le of Lowell, Visna Le of Lowell, three daughters, Diana Le and her husband Chanthoeun Kuy, of Dallas, TX, Lakhyna Le and her husband Pan Yan of Lowell and Seang Le of Lowell, two brothers, three sisters, 15 grandchildren, six great children as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Monday, August 17, from 2Pm to 3Pm at the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St. Chelmsford. His funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 3pm and conclude at Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram, 85 Tyngsboro Rd., N. Chelmsford.
