Rann Nou, 80, longtime resident of Lowell, MA died Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital.

He was married to the late Phal Neak.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, he was the son of the Bo Yon.

Rann came to the USA in May 1985 and became a US Citizen on July 23, 2007.

He enjoyed playing solitaire and feeding the birds.

He is survived by his son Sinthy Nou of Lowell, MA his daughters, Soeum Nou and Nin Prom of Lowell, Sokhan Nou of Lowell, MA and Mao Nou and Oeuy Suon of Lowell, MA, 3 sisters, 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
