Raymond Carlston Dozois, 92, of Nashua, NH passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023 at St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua, NH.
He was married to the late Lorraine R. (Gadbois) Dozois. Born June 22, 1930 in Lowell, MA, he was the son of the late Louis A. and Julia G. (Grant) Dozois.
Ray served with the United States Army overseas in Frankfurt, Germany during the Korean War. As a veteran, Ray was very active with American Legion Post 313 of North Chelmsford, MA where he served as a Past Commander. He also enjoyed golfing and was a long-time member of Nabnasset Lake Country Club, Westford, MA. Ray enjoyed bowling and competed in many bowling leagues in North Chelmsford, MA
He is survived by his daughter Denise A. Sevigny of Westford, MA, his son and his wife Raymond C. and Kathleen A. Dozois Jr. of Irvington, VA, his four grandchildren and their spouses; Graham and Anna Sevigny of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Andre Sevigny of Lowell, MA, Christine and Shaun McElhinney of Stafford, VA, Raymond C. Dozois III of Renton, WA, and his three great grandchildren; Jude Sevigny, Troy Sevigny, and Cortland McElhinney. He was the brother of the late Louis A. Dozois Jr., Nelson Dozois, and Gladys M.Coughlin.
