In addition to being a dependable “workhorse” pitcher on our Lowell State College baseball team of the early 70’s, you could always count on Dick for a laugh and a smile. He was a great teammate and a solid competitor on the baseball diamond. My condolences to the entire family…………..rest in peace, Dick.

Dick was a freshman when I was a senior at Lowell State College. Dick played from 1970-1973. He is in the LSC Record Book numerous times for career games pitched, complete games, innings pitched, strike outs and ERA.
May he rest in peace.

Dear Judy & Jim, and all of Dickie’s loved ones — We fondly remember our days working together at Bachmann’s Catering, Dickie giving us our first shot at learning the harness horse racing business, and attending his baseball games. We had a blast, and to this day use the cooking/hosting skills learned as well as becoming first a trainer/driver on the New England Circuit, then the horse identifier/equipment manager into currently the paddock judge at The Meadowlands Racetrack. We even still have an autographed game ball from Dickie….. You and he will continue in our thoughts and prayers, since we are very honored that we had the privilege of crossing paths on our Life Journeys. Our most sincere sympathy for your loss.
All the best for health, safety, and true community during the pandemic and beyond, Jim & Ramona K.

So sorry to hear the sad news about Dick. He managed my folks’ assets and investments for 30+ years and had a great down-to-earth knowledge that they depended upon for all those years. A great friend to my whole family as well.
