    Dear Kathy, Ryan, and family,
We are so sad to hear about Dick’s passing. He was a dear friend and coworker of mine for many years. He was such a great guy. We had many great years of working together at Engine 7, and then in Fire Prevention.
He’s at peace now, and hopefully your tears may soon turn to smiles whenever you think of him.
His sense of humor, and jokes have made us laugh and smile whenever we relive the good times we had together.
We won’t be able to go to the services, we are leaving for Florida tomorrow, but you will be in our thoughts and prayers.
    Sincerely, John & Doreen Weber
