Richard S. Rousseau, 85, of Nashua, NH died Friday, June 5, 2015 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.
He was married to the late Pauline Rousseau, who died on March 29, 2013.
Born in Lowell, he was the son of the late Leo and Bernadette Rousseau. Richard proudly served with the Massachusetts National Guard.
Richard retired from Raytheon of South Lowell. He had previously worked for the Lowell Shoe Company of Lowell.
Richard enjoyed bowling and karaoke. He was a former resident of Dracut.
He is survived by three sons, Edward and his wife, Donna Rousseau of East Wakefield, NH, Daniel and his wife, Christine Rousseau of Raymond, NH and Gary and his wife, Colleen Rousseau of Hooksett, NH; four daughters, Nancy and her husband, Joseph Aiello of Bellingham, MA, Jeannie and her husband, Michael Friedberg of Derry, NH, Sandra Hillard of Dracut, MA and Deborah and her husband, John Foley of Nashua, NH; a sister, Marsha Harding of Dracut, MA; twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Paul Rousseau, Gerald Rousseau, Arthur Rousseau, William Rousseau, Edward Rousseau, Theresa Lowrey, Geraldine Monette, Vivian Deslandes, Alice Beaupre and Constance Rix.
Visitation Thursday 10:00 a.m.-11:00 with a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chelmsford.
