Roberta R. (Roberts)(Martine) Stark, 77, of N. Chelmsford formerly of Lady Lake, FL died Saturday Feb. 28, 2015.
Born in Lowell, MA on May 16, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Lillian Roberts. Roberta was raised in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1955. She was a Girl Officer.
In the 1950s and 1960s, Roberta fulfilled her first dream and became a Flight Attendant for Northeast Airlines and enjoyed travelling and experiencing the world. Later she worked as an assistant manager in the Human Resources Dept. at MACOM in Burlington, MA before retiring.
After building their dream home in the Villages, Mom totally enjoyed the warmth and beauty of Lady Lake, FL.
Mom is survived by two daughters and two sons in-law, Deidra and John Bates of Wildwood, FL, Stacey and Robert Edelstein of Beverly, MA; by one son and a daughter in-law, Keith and Diane Martine of Chelmsford, MA; and Kevin Martine of Key West, FL and a brother and sister in-law, David and Elaine (LeMasurier) Roberts of N. Chelmsford; her sister, Sandra Joel-Phillips of Merrimack, NH; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Wed. March 4, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 Middlesex St., Chelmsford, MA. Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
