Saing Tim, 73, of Lowell, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Lowell General Hospital.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Sao Tim and Ouch Touch.

She came to the United States in November of 1981 and worked in a butcher shop in Rhode Island.

Saing Enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Ath Sem of Lowell, children, Sam Sem of Lowell, Sphea Sem of Providence, RI., Sophany Tim of Providence, RI., Sal You and her husband Hol of Lowell, MA., Alyssa Saeung and her husband Visuit of Nashville, TN., and Sophery Sem of Providence, RI., a brother Paul Tim and his wife of Lowell, Ma., a sister, many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Saing was predeceased by her two sisters.
