Sakhan Kong, 60, of Lowell, MA died Sunday, August 8, 2021 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA.

She was married to the late Sopha Miech.

Born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Nouch Kong and Yen Gnan.  Sakhan was educated in Cambodia where she earned an associate’s degree.

She came to the United States in 2019.

Sakhan enjoyed dining and watching movies but her favorite thing to do was connecting with friends and family on Facebook.

She is survived by her five sons whom all live in Cambodia, Sophat Miech, Sophanna Miech, Sochiatha Miech, Karu Miech, Long Miech, her daughter Sreyoun Miech of Cambodia, her brother Sokcheath Sor of Lowell, MA, and her sister Sidney Kong of Lowell, MA

Her Visitation will start Friday, August 13, 2021 at 3pm at the Glory Buddhist Temple, 24 Cambridge St., Lowell, MA.  Funeral Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 8:00 A.M. from the Glory Temple with a funeral procession to Merrimack Crematory in Merrimack, NH.  ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.
