Sakun Ouk, 72, of Lowell, passed away Thursday evening, October 8, 2020 at Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Ouk Kam and Thoun Pu.
Mr. Ouk came to the United States on September 11, 1984 and became a citizen on Oct. 9, 2013.
He previously worked for Home Improvement Co. and Aero Plastic servicing the greater Lowell area.
Mr. Ouk was a member of the Glory Buddhist Temple in Lowell and the Lowell Sr. Citizens and Elder Care.
He loved listening to music, walking, cooking and above else, he loved spending time with his family.
Mr. Ouk was predeceased by his wife, Yin Yot, who passed away on March 27, 2019.
He is survived by his children, Kimsun Kam of Lowell, Kimhun Kam, of Lowell, Kimsay Kam of Lowell, Chanley Kam, of Lowell, and Chanlian Kam, of Boston, MA, 13 Grandchildren one great-grandchild on the way, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Sunday, Oct. 18th at 4pm at Glory Buddhist Temple, 24 Cambridge St., Lowell, MA. His funeral procession will leave from Glory Buddhist Temple, on Monday morning at 8am and conclude at Merrimack Cremation Service, 10 Henry Clay Drive, Merrimack, NH.
