Sarena Pom of Lowell, MA

Sarena C. Pom, 38, of Lowell, MA died Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital after a 3-year battle with cancer.

Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Choum Pom.

She came to the United States in 1984 and became a U.S. citizen over 15 years ago.

She was employed as a caretaker for the elderly in senior housing.

Sarena was a sweet and kind person. She enjoyed fishing and loved her family and spending time with them.

Beside her mother, Yeng Noun of Lowell, MA, she is survived by her fiancé Ravy Monteiro of Lowell, MA, her son Marcus Pom of Lowell, MA, her daughters Narena Pom and Aliana Monteiro of Lowell, MA, her brother Choeum Pom and his wife Sara Nhea-Pom of Lowell, MA, and her nephew Presley Pom of Lowell, MA.

Visiting hours Friday, May 5 from 3PM at Trairatanaram Temple, 24 Quigley Ave, North Chelmsford.
