Savuth long, 52, of Lowell, MA passed unexpectedly Saturday February 11th, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Battambang, Cambodia. He was the son of Yeuth Prak and the late Pram Long.
Savuth Long was born on April 1, 1970 and came to the United States in July of 1984.
He worked at Olympus as a lead engineer for over 10 years.
In his early adult years, he spent most of his summers playing competitive soccer at Rogers park. He loved watching his favorite basketball games (Celtics were his number one pick) and football. He also enjoyed playing ping-pong, bowling and fishing on weekends. But Sundays were his favorite day out of the week because it was golfing with his friends at a club.
Besides his mother, Yeuth Prak; he is survived by his children and their spouses, Teresa Long and Thay Moua, of Minnesota; Alan Long, of Massachusetts; Amary Long, of Oregon; Dominic Long, Rhode Island; Alvin Long and Kayleigh Anne Long, Texas;Tyra Long of Rhode Island and his grandchildren, Caleb Long-Moua, Annaleese Moua, Ava Moua, and Cayson Moua of Minnesota. Two brothers Yieth Long and his wife Pearl; Rin Long and his wife Sophavy Ith; Sister Saroeung Long all of Lowell, MA.
DAD, we miss you so much and you left us so soon. All the memories we’ve had with you will forever be cherished. We love you!

Visiting hours Friday, February 24 at 2:30pm at Trairatanaram Temple, 21 Quigley Ave., N. Chelmsford, MA.
