Sophorn Thun 51, of Lowell, MA passed away Tuesday May 10, 2022

at Lowell General Hospital.

She was born in Battambang, Cambodia.

Sophorn was the daughter of Yem Mek and the late Peou Men.

She came to the US in 1986.

Sophorn was a longtime resident of Lowell, where she enjoyed singing karaoke, cooking for her family and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her lifelong companion Narong Yang of Lowell, MA. Her daughter Narunnie Peou of Lowell, Ma. Her son Anthony Yang of Lowell MA, along with her four grandchildren, Cashone, Aubrey, Carter, and Avaleen Norinth all of Lowell, MA.

Visiting hours will be Monday May 16, 2022 from 1:30 P.M to 2:30 P.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD.
