Soy Kim of Lowell, MA

Soy Kim, 81, of Lowell, MA died Friday, August 6, 2021 at Palm Center Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

She was married to the late Lang Tek, who died in 1993.

Born in Prey Veng, Cambodia she was the daughter of the late Pum and Liek. Soy moved to the United States from Cambodia in March of 1983.

She was a member of Glory Buddhist Temple in Lowell, MA. She is remembered by her family as a loving person who enjoyed cooking and spending time with family.

She is survived by her five sons Sambath Tek of Lowell, MA, Salath Tek of Lowell, MA, Kamsoth Tek of Lowell, MA, Batsup Tek of Daly City, CA, Kimsoeun Tek of Daly City, CA her two daughters Somaly Tek of San Francisco, CA, Salay Tek of Lyman, SC, and her many grandchildren.
