Susan “Sue” Mary Stevens, 72, of Dunstable, MA died Sunday, September 19, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to the late Russell Stevens who died on February 16, 1990.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of James J. Urban and Mary H. (Patenaude) Urban. She graduated from Groton Dunstable Regional High School with the class of 1967 and graduated from Mt. Wachusett Community College with an Associate Degree in business.
Sue raised her family in Dunstable.
She was a volunteer for the Scouts of America. She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of N. Chelmsford, MA.
Sue enjoyed gardening, traveling, being outdoors and dogs.
She is survived by her sons, Michael B. Stevens and Amie of Dunstable, MA and Daniel J. Stevens and Shannon of Dunstable, MA, her longtime companion and friend, Dave Pierce of Dunstable, MA, two sisters, Diane Dumont of Dunstable, MA, and Linda Urban and her spouse, Kelly Donahue of Portsmouth, NH, brother-in-law, Kevin Dumont of Dunstable, MA, her niece Tiffany Dumont, and 2 grandchildren Hannah and Sophie Stevens.
She was the Aunt of the late Kevin “KJ” J. Dumont.
Visiting hours Thurs. 3 to 7 P.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, MA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Fri. at 11am at St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford, MA. A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family in Central Cemetery, Dunstable, MA.
