Thea Pon of Methuen, MA

Thea Pon, 55, of Methuen, MA died Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA. 

She was married to Richard Anthony Politano for over 30 years. 

Born in Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Path Pon and Touch Hey. 

She graduated from Lowell High School, Lowell, with the class of 1988. She is a graduate of Lowell Academy Hairstyling Institute with a degree in Cosmetology.

She worked as a hairdresser and was the owner of Fantastic Cuts in Lowell. 

She was adventurous and enjoyed the outdoors, especially the mountains and beaches. She also enjoyed shopping and the season of Halloween.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter Karen Politano of Quincy, MA, her sisters Eth Chhoun of Lowell, MA,Annika Srey and her husband Danny of Lowell, MA, as well as four nieces, Anika Long, Paulina Srey, Kannika Pon, Athena Srey, and one nephew, Nicky Chhoun.
