Therese C. (Mogè) Grenier , 86, of Lowell, MA passed away late Thursday night, September 8, 2016 at Fairhaven Nursing Home in Lowell, MA.
She was married to the late Edgar J. Grenier, who died in October 1959.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Alderic and Louisa Mogè. She received her education in the Dracut School System and was a Dracut resident for many years.
She worked at Murray Printing as a Collator and at Sanders Inc. of Nashua, NH.
She loved to raise fish and birds. She enjoyed crocheting afghans, scarves, hats and mittens. She was a great bargain hunter at yard sales. She could sew anything and everything. She also enjoyed taking long walks, talking and meeting dogs and people in that order. People loved and knew her after her living at Westminster Apartments in Lowell for 36 years. She loved all her family, and was about helping any and all of them anyway she could. If you know her, you knew her. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and person.
She is survived by one son, Robert and his wife, Pamela of Litchfield, NH; one daughter, Deborah and her husband, Robert Duquette of Manchester, NH; a sister, Claire Burt of Arroyo, CA; her grandson, Adam Grenier and his partner Phylicia McGinnis; three great grandchildren, Skyla, Jada and Zayden Grenier and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Maurice Mogè, Roger Mogè, Robert Mogè, Bella Chappas and Doris Christian.
There are No Visiting hours. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery’s Chapel, 96 Riverneck Rd., Chelmsford, MA. Memorials may be made in her memory to a Charity of One’s Choice. ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.

I’ll always remember her youthfull look and energy, I spent most of my teen years at her house. I’ll greatly miss her and it makes me sad that I never visitted her enough trough out the years when she was living in lowell.
