Ute Jasinski, 85, of Chelmsford, MA, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was married to the late John M. Jasinski who passed away December 28, 2009.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Werner Hinterthan, and Elvira (Topp) Hinterthan. She came to the United States in 1948 and was raised in Maryland. She graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School and furthered her education, proudly earning her associates degree from the University of Maryland. After graduation she moved through the country, residing in California, New Mexico, and Ohio prior to settling in Chelmsford in 1974. She worked for many years as an executive assistant at BASF and at Freudenberg.
She was a member of St. Mary Church in Chelmsford, MA.
She enjoyed traveling and playing bridge at the senior center but above all else she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her children; David Jasinski and his wife Amy of Petaluma, CA, Deborah MacDougall and her husband Ronald of Uxbridge, MA, Stephen Jasinski and his wife Amy of Shirley, MA and Robert Jasinski and his wife Anne of Cincinnati, OH, seven grandchildren, Kimberly Soucy, Joseph MacDougall, Kevin MacDougall, Brian MacDougall, Jonathan Jasinski, Nikole Winter, and Devon Jasinski and her four great-grandchildren; Andrew and Leah Soucy, Riley MacDougall, and baby Winter.
She was the mother of the late Michael Jasinski and the sister of the late Winfried “Bill” Hinterthan.

Funeral Tuesday, August 30, 2022 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary Church, Chelmsford, MA. Burial in the Bourne National Cemetery, Bourne, MA. Memorials may be made in her name to the Lahey Clinic.
