Victor L. Quattrini, 82, of Westford, MA died Monday, October 19, 2015 at Emerson Hospital in Concord.
He was married to Kathleen (McCarthy) Sheeran with whom he celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary on September 25, 2015.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Vittorio and Teresa Quattrini. He graduated from South Philadelphia High School with the class of 1951. Victor earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and played and coached basketball for the University.
He proudly served with the U.S Army.
Victor patented advanced circuit board technologies for Honeywell of Billerica, MA where he worked for 27 years, retiring in 1990.
He was a communicant of St. Catherine of Alexandria Church.
Victor was a Master Bridge Player and enjoyed playing tennis.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Victor and his wife, Suzanne Quattrini of Merrimac, MA, Michael and his wife, Cheryl Quattrini of Tyngsboro, MA and David Quattrini and his wife, Marie Piecoup of Montreuil, France; daughter, Lori and her husband, James Sullivan, of Westford; four stepchildren, Collene Sheeran of Newburyport, MA, Thomas and his wife, Theresa Sheeran of Washington, DC, Kerri and her husband, Timothy Perry of Newbury, MA and Patrick and his wife, Julie Sheeran of Reading, MA; sister, Sonia and her husband, Carmen Argentina of Cherry Hill, NJ; nine grandchildren, Nicholas, Julia, Anna, Andrew, Joseph, Stephanie, Jessica, Jules and Josephine; five step grandchildren, Timothy, Jack, Caroline, Maggie and Natalie and many nieces and nephews.
He was the husband of late Diane D. (Foglia) Quattrini of Westford, who died on October 21, 1988.
Visiting hours Thurs. 3 to 7 P.M. Funeral Fri. at 8A.M.from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, MA with a funeral Mass at 9 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church, Chelmsford, MA.
