VongKham Bouapha of Lowell, MA

Vongkham Bouapha, 58, died Wednesday July 12, 2023 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA surrounded by his loving family after a period of declining health.

He was married to the love of his life Tammy (Baillargeon) Bouapha with whom he shared 35 years of marriage.

Born in Vientiane, Laos, he was the son of the late Bouala and King Bouapha.

He came to the United Staes in 1983.

Before falling ill, Vongkham was employed by Walmart as a warehouse worker.

In his spare time, you could find Vongkham in the woods. A true outdoors man he loved to go hunting and fishing in Arkansas with his friends and family. He also played cornhole and billiards.

Beside his wife Tammy, he is survived by his four sons, Vongkham Jr and his wife Taran Bouapha of Branson, Missouri; Nuk and his wife Shelby Bouapha of Arkansas; Nicholas and his wife Maricela Bouapha of Fresno, CA; and Syphone Bouapha of Reno, NV. His three brothers, Sopha Bouapha and his wife Chayphengsavanh of Minnesota, Somphong and his wife Khoune of Arkansas, Bounphet Bouapha of Lowell, MA. His two sisters Meghan Inthirath and her husband Tod of Lowell, MA, and Donna Thoummaraj and her husband Keo of Lowell, MA. His three grandchildren Marshal, Demi and Grayson along with many nieces and nephews.
