Dear Aunt Maureen, MaryAnn, Billy, + Kevin: growing-up I thought we were rich (in the financial sense) because seemingly every weekend we’d go “up north” to either ski, hike, play tennis, cycle, canoe + swim, etc. and ALWAYS with plenty of cousins along, too, to share in the fun. I’ve so many great memories doing these things + more, and especially with the Dawson, Harrington, Patti, + Quirbach clans that, as an adult I realized that I did grow-up very rich indeed: just in the spiritual sense of having a blessed childhood mainly due to all these things we did together as one big, fun-loving family. Uncle Buddy was a huge part of that family. My condolences on your loss. Luv, Dan Flan.
